Christopher was commissioned into the British Army as a graduating from Keele University and left in 1989, in order to move to Gibraltar. In the intervening years he managed a trust and an insurance company and in his last appointment, was Manager of Private Banking for Lloyds TSB in Gibraltar. Christopher left the bank in 2004, after an invitation by two other founding members to establish the Quest Group.

The business currently has 4 subsidiaries, ranging from fund administration to insurance management. Within the Group, Christopher is also the Company Secretary for the corporate insurance and fund clients. Christopher is a Chartered Manager and holds various insurance, banking and financial planning qualifications.
